Delhi Public School is not just a school it is a wave of emotions, it is a memory to behold for life-time.The first look of the building was spellbinding, the first interaction with the teachers mesmerizing and obviously the touch of friendship overtook my heart. The clash of houses especially at the sports meet is an unforgettable experience. The crazy shouting for one's team mates during the track and field events are although the past yet still fresh in my mind. The care of teachers the passion of all the staffs make the journey of learning an easy task.I am grateful to this school for giving me such a wonderful opportunity to express myself and explore my inner being.

DPS Durgapur was founded in 2011 and had classes from nursery-12th. The science stream in 11th and 12th started in 2016. In order to get admission in class 11th science, one has to sit for an admission test of phy, chem and maths. You would get admitted if you qualify the test followed by an basic interview. At that time the school was not CBSE affiliated and students in classes 11th and 12th were under the DPS Ruby Park school. Students had to go there to give their final year exams. I took admission in the first batch of class 11 comp science but then I withdrew. But now the school is CBSE affiliated and well developed. The infrastructure is very beautiful and huge. The school has a number of co-curricular activities and sports. The environment here is very friendly. This is overall a very good school.
