I have felt compelled the last month or so in letting the owners of this establishment know what an incredible job that one of their employees, a young gal named Beatrice does each Saturday afternoon that I go to do my laundry weekly. Besides that fact that Beatrice has an incredibly warm personality, she takes her job quite seriously. The laundromat is kept in pristine condition by Beatrice as practically every hour one can see her picking up stuff off of the floor after it had been discarded, sometimes carelessly by patrons. Beatrice can also be seen cleaning the machines themselves, wiping away spilled detergent and/or fabric softener from on top of the machines. Beatrice, even with a mask on her face with our being still in the pandemic would appear to always have a smile were the mask to be removed. She is a people person, something that I can safely say is not a trait that all human beings have in their personalities. I always get change weekly from her and she does so after greeting me in such a positive manner. I've seen Beatrice, displaying a lot of patience, teach patrons how to use the machine which would transfer money onto their cards as the washers and dryers themselves do not take currency. She will even show people how to operate the washers and/or dryers if they are new patrons at the facility. It is a pleasure coming to the establishment each week to do my laundry, mostly because of the fact that Beatrice keeps the facility spotless. Whatever the owners are paying her I seriously would consider doubling what she makes per week. Beatrice is such an incredible asset! I would not dream of going to any other laundromat and that is thanks to this incredible young woman! Jeff L.

Had to make an emergency run to do a couple loads of laundry so I chose place ... I was not disappointed. The facilities are very large. Even on a Sunday (with plenty of others doing the same), there were plenty of machines to use. They are relatively straight forward to operate and if you run into any issues, people are willing to give you a hand. PRO's - The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly / helpful. Plenty of machines to use even during peak hours. CON's - It is a little on the pricier side. Small washing machines (located in the back) run 2.75 a load. Larger machines up front can be over 5.00. The only way to use them is by buying a card, which will run you a 1.00. You can load money onto it but you can ONLY do so using cash. You cannot load from a credit / debit card and worse, there is no ATM machine on site ... so plan ahead! Dryers run .25 for every 6 minutes. Would definitely recommend this place!

I work construction, so when I don’t get to go home for the weekend I go somewhere to wash clothes. While in Durham I chose to go to Durham Cleaners and Laundry. I had up until the first time I went there never used a card operated laundry didn’t know how it worked, but do not fret the guy running the place on that Saturday evening paid for the wash and dry and I paid him, fair enough for me. Since then I have got my own card and while I will be staying here for a while I will continue to use this laundry. Very clean, very respectable, i personally like it, it is not the drug ridden, dirty , hot place that I have seen in other laundromats Thanks
Used to go here a long time ago. Stopped in today after lunch since I was on that side and it took me an hour and half to dry two loads. The dryers were not getting hot at all. I spent 6 on two dryers. The attendant on duty was nice where he put 1.25 in for the final dry. I still left with damp clothes. I will not be returning.
