Went in today with lots of fussy requests and they were fab! So many nice carpets and the man spent ages with me going through different options. Really nice quality and some gorgeous cheaper off-cuts of expensive carpets if you've got a smaller space.

Very happy with our carpets. Very unhappy with customer service!! Carpets laid 11 days ago, spoke to them 8 days ago about a few niggles.... heard absolutely nothing since!! Our carpets are now beginning to fray where they didn't bother to put bars in between carpet and vinyls, they didn't put carpet or vinyl down in any of the storage areas we requested either. They're not large areas but that's not the point. It's now almost 5 weeks and all they've done is fob us off so far. Looks like I'll have to do it myself. Costs 1385 and I'm having to do this myself? Can't be right!!
