It was a great experience buying a vehicle at Dutton Buick GMC. Most of the transaction was done over the phone/email. When i arrived all that was left was to sign documents. Saved time and was not pressured to buying the vehicle. Staff at Dutton are not forcing you to purchase a vehicle. They assist you to your dream vehicle and any questions you may have. Had the worst experience today at Dutton Service Department with MIKE ALDRIDGE the advisor. Technician JOHN VINCENT also does not care about the customer. Exited without fixing my possible warranty problem. MIKE made me feel terrible today. Thanks, Dutton.
