Such a good place for sightseeing. You can spent 12 hours for taking photos. But don't forget arrange vehicle for return.
I found the history of the place interesting. You walk from the entrance to get a free 2km ride by electric car to near the site. You see ruins and partially restored buildings. I liked the different architecture of the time. Amazed that the buildings can stand the test of time (not the bombs though).
Nice archeological site, well organized for visitors. Hiring a guide is recommanded as there isn't much explanations on site.
Ancient. Relic. Green. Clean. Magnificent. It's a ancient Vietnamese city which was unfortunately bombed by USA. The relic city is beautiful. It's in the middle of the jungle with lots of water bodies and is maintained beautifully. Has a lot of cultural significance and there is also a place where people go to pray for having children. Was a nice and unique experience.
Takes you back in time to some fascinating cultures.
Beautiful ancient architecture and history, even if it is in disrepair. Summer of the damage is the result of war, which is highlighted, and theft. They are reconstructing some of the ruins and stabilizing others. The woke thing don't take as long as I thought it would you could walk through it in an hour or spend up to 4 or 5 hours depending on how much history your want to read. Completely worth the 150,000 VDN for foreigners if you like this type of thing. Also, plenty of restrooms, refreshment stations, and souvenir shops.
A good place to visit with lots of history. There are interesting facts to read and they are in English.
