Stephanie is a stylist there, I trusted her to do my hair and add highlights and lowlights. When the job was complete I pointed out to her that the color was choppy, like it wast evenly applied to my hair, and she totally ignored it and blamed it on my haircut. I thought I could live with it after paying her 190. I wasn't happy, a couple days later I contacted her and she told me that anything I wanted fixed on it, I would have to pay extra. She would not fix it. So I'm in the same spot I was in before, I am embarrassed with my hair, and now I'm stuck with it. Please do not go to Stephanie she is not a very nice lady. I wish I could post the voicemail she left me so everyone could here how she talked to her clients that aren't happy with how their hair turned out. And to top it off the issue was addressed to the owner and she hung up on me.
