Continuous problems in our office with complete neglect to fix them. - AC Never works - Bathroom is constantly overflowing with water - Fire alarms go off on a weekly basis - Elevator has stoped working 10 times while employees and clients get stuck in them - Construction noises happen while clients are in the building and employees are on the calls. 50% of the time with no advanced notice - Bathroom doors don't even close and they have half inch gaps so people can see straight inside It seems like a weekly event that we have to complain while something new pops up. If you want to run a business and have quality service this is not the management you want

I've recently started at this office and while my experience with my company has been stellar, there have been more days in this office where there has been something wrong with our unit or a distraction during work hours than not since my brief time here. The AC seems to be on and off at will, there is drilling right outside the front door of our unit,, the lights in our units keep flickering (mind you, this is after they sent someone to replace lights), the keycards don't function properly, the men's bathroom doors also don't function properly, and just the other day, and the urinal overflowed for absolutely no reason. Is this a management company or a circus?

5 stars for Khalilah!!! Any time I have called for help she responds in such a pleasant way (not to mention her beautiful smile!). Every request is important to her and she makes you feel like you are at the top of her list! I recently had to put in a request to find some items that were moved into storage due to construction. We were not sure where the items were stored and she did not stop until we found them! Thank you Khalilah for being a bright spot in the DynaCom group! We are very grateful for you!

Dynacom took over our building about 2 years ago. To be fair, the building needed renovations when they took over, but the issues have become increasingly worse since. Construction has been non-stop, which I understand is necessary to make improvements, but I was expecting for the bulk of the work to take place outside of business hours. Our conference room has been essentially unusable for months due to constant noise. Fumes & smoke fill our office leaving us no option but to send employees home. Access is needed to our ceiling which requires us to displace employees mid-workday. The urinals in the men's bathroom overflow often making it impossible to provide restrooms to employees or clients (unless we instruct them to take the stairs down to a different floor). The elevator gets stuck multiple times a week, so we have to instruct clients and employees to only use the stairs, and deal with the alarm noise in our suite. The fire alarm goes off seemingly weekly (if not more) requiring us to evacuate out into the cold. The list goes on and on. The Dynacom team is easy to talk to & will come up to discuss concerns if asked, but ultimately can never do much other than apologize for the inconvenience.

I waited 9 months to post this review, after taking occupancy of our newly constructed 6,200 Sq/ft Suite. The resulting grade is very mixed. For a well established company like DynaCom, the bar should be much higher in so many categories. Huge room for improvement in quality of customer service and execution/follow-through of maintenance requests. Overwhelming Perception/Reality: DynaCom is spread too thin...they have too many buildings and not enough staff to properly serve their tenants, which shows on a daily basis. Trust me when I say multiple tenants in the iMED campus share this sentiment because they have confided in me. A prospective tenant will only succeed here if they are tenacious and persistent with repeated work requests; remind them 3 or 4 times and then things tend to get completed, but who has time for that if you have a day job? We were warned prior to moving in that DynaCom has a reputation of cutting corners; they tend to give work to the lowest bidder to save money on anything, and for the amount of work requests we have had in 9 months, those ubiquitous whispers actually do hold water. We signed a long lease, so hopefully things do get better. Two stars for excellent location and finished product. Overall C Grade at best. -Dr. Halkias
