I decided to do a review and after seeing the negatives posted I had to, I am more than happy to see the progress my child has had here, and I will vouch for this place. My child has been getting therapy for the past 3 years and one year at Dynamic and I can tell you that the progress has been amazing, the staff gives you that family feel. A very caring environment.

I’m taking the time to review because I’m one that looks for reviews about places. I’m very pleased about this center, my son has shown incredible improvement. The staff is very welcoming and professional. My son isn’t that friendly with strangers and he felt comfortable since the beginning.

My daughter's been to a few therapy offices in the area. By far this is the one, for the first time she's actually happy to go to therapy, the therapist are Very knowledgeable and take their time to explain at the end of each session. It did take me awhile to get an appointment since they are booked, but I'm glad I waited.

Called Dynamic to go over new patient application process. Was told to fill out application online and obtain referral from pediatrician. Corresponded via email and phone with receptionist several times. Physically dropped off application and referral at their office location. Was told someone would call me back in a couple of days to schedule evaluation. No one ever did. So I called and was advised that they did not have any availabilities for speech therapy for MONTHS. How was I not told this in the many times I corresponded with receptionist and during my visit? Incredibly inefficient and disappointing lack of communication. Highly recommend avoiding this office.
