Working with Kathy and Robert to improve my injured shoulder and injured ankle has gone very smoothly. Kathy was able to explain to me how I was injured and how each treatment would help. Checking in during appointments to ensure I was comfortable during the treatment is greatly appreciated. Kathy provided me with ideas for stretches to help improve ankle strength as well as words of caution to ensure I did not injure my shoulder again. Thank you Dynamic Physio!

I would not recommend this facility. While I really hope my experience was a one off and not typical I do feel the need to share. I came here because I was experiencing some fairly bad foot pain. I was quickly diagnosed and told that they would use a machine to help it heal faster. At 120 a visit that lasted less than 30 mins each and every time. The first few weeks I was recommended to come 2x a week, but couldn’t make the time and went in 1x the third week I came in as recommended and have been in much worse pain ever since(a bit over a month). I did some research on the machine they used and it is recommended to only use it once a week maximum. I feel they have caused damage doing this two days apart. Aside from the machine I was handed a sheet of exercises. And I found the woman doing my physio to be extremely unprofessional as she tried to convince me to sell arbonne under her. I recently when to another facility I paid 100 and was there for a bit over 1.5hours. They confirmed the diagnosis and did a few different treatments explained to me what to do at home and went as well as what to expect. I was given and taught the exercises I left there feeling better not worse than when I walked in. This is what I expect when receiving physio. So please be wary if you go and feel you are not receiving proper care check out other locations in the area.

I would recommend this clinic to all family and friends!! to top it off - Staff are super friendly! would look no further for a physio or acupuncture place!

Both Kathryn and Robert are amazing! Great service, very friendly, and very easy to book appointments. I had a pinched nerve with severe pain, but within a few weeks the pain was gone due to their help. Highly recommended.
