At the beginning a little bit annoyed me about embryo transportation from Munich to the clinic but they solved the problem properly. During treatment was very impressive. The clinic itself is very clean and good atmosphere. The staff are nice, doctors and laboratory are very professional.

my wife had laproscopy done with Dr Zubeda Akuazi and I must say she is very friendly. She made me comfortable and gave good advice on my well being. I would recommend her strongly
Overall unhappy with the experience. I am not sure whether this is due to the Dutch doctors leaving before we started (we are both Dutch). The doctor we had was friendly, and she tried well, but communication was difficult both with her and with the rest of the staff. We had many instances of miscommunications and unclear instructions, and the fact that the website is not accurate about calling times does not help. When you're in an emotional and taxing situation the last thing you need is unclear instructions. The only thing which was always expertly communicated to us was the bill.
Terrible experience there...unprofessional doctors, bad communicate, waste a lot of time and money. Even after the circle was cancelled by doctor, they still delivered more meditation for us to pay. Ridiculous! Being sent to some other hospital after surgery by ambulance without explanations what happened!
Really disappointing !!!From March to July I am only giving my blood samples. Dr Quadroff didn’t start any proper treatment..There are some problem in my Husband reports so she forced to do ICSI..I can understand But I didn’t want to go directly with ICSI I want to follow one by one procedure..I told my husband is taking also proper treatment and he is feeling well and his reports are coming better than before so we want to go with IUI.When our IUI will failed we will definitely go for ICSI.But I think Doctor (She)is not taking any interst in our case ..Her response disappoint me..I have heard lots of cases in which IUI successful even husband and wife have problems(if they take proper treatment for at least 3,4 months) .This time I went for IUI for first time ..On 4 day of period she told me I have 15mm follicle but thin mucous so this time IUI will not happened..I was really schocked and speechless.Before it I had told 2,3 times to doctor I have some issues with my Period Cycles so You should monitor my Cycle but she told it will not include my health insurance..When you are doing IUI and IVF like procedure you must monitor each and every cycle of Patients seriously if it will not include in health insurance then take extra charge but do it.She gave some medicines which make my period faster and then again I have to take appointment for Sonography.And next time Her collegue will check me because she is on leave.I think she is only wasting her and my timing..No positive Vibes!!! If Doctors will not show their positive enthusiasm towards patients then how can patients stay hopeful .If you go for IVF then ok but if you go for step by step procedure I am sure you will get same experience as I have..May be Viva neo has good Doctors but My doctor is worse!!! My personally suggestion “people who are coming towards you they are already mentally stressed and depressed so don’t treat like that .Make them more comfortable and positive “
