Only because i can't post any lower have they even got one star They dont meet their promises ... ordered a fully \able to do your course\ type thing Back in October. Still not everything has arrived but the course time ticks on. I actively advise against using them owing to this. A couple weeks i get.... but seriously i ordered way back in October and this is beyond silly. Its not like its cheap either.

I did the AWS solutions architecture course with E careers. They were very supportive throughout, I started with 0 background in IT and now I’m applying for interviews for the solutions architect role with their support. The course was very informative and the instructor was very knowledgable and helpful too.

Only interested in money, even if you tell them about how the course is affecting your mental health.

If there was an option for 0 stars that would be my rating. DO NOT purchase anything through e-careers they are a money grabbing company and say that once the voucher is redeemed you cannot get any refund or cancel the course after the 14 day period. Coming from someone who has lost all financial income due to COVID-19 they could not care less, even when I approached them about being concerned about paying my monthly instalments all they mentioned was the voucher has been redeemed. E-careers I suggest you re-look at your t&c as it seems I am not the only person in this position. I would still like to cancel my course.

My experience of e-Careers is that their salespeople will promise whatever it takes to make a sale. My brother was sold a course of 7 qualifications and the promise of a job in cyber-security. Four of the seven exams were presented as Comptia but turned out to be e-Careers 'internal' qualifications which would not be recognised by employers. His faith in e-Careers was lost and 4k fee was refunded.
