I can't say enough good about E-mortal Customs. The first time in was the diagnosis. A louder metal on metal clunking sound and a upgrade from death wobble caused in very specific circumstances, to a full on safety issue of wobble if I looked at the road wrong. The 30 minute diagnosis including a road test, (that was promptly written off because... If you know my Jeep, she's got so much on her pin pointing a noise is brutal), resulted in a confident conclusion that it was my ball joints. The noise was actually my sway bar links so not related to the wobble but a coincidence. Today we brought it it, got the ball joints upgraded, changed out the u joints and upgraded the steering stabilizer. Not only did it solve the issue but she drives like a new Jeep. Being very hands on with their customers, taking me back to show me first hand the issues and explain the best course to get things fixed is something I've never experienced before. Without a doubt I'll be trusting my rig to this shop and this shop alone in the future. If you guys see this, awesome job and thanks so much for absolutely everything today. Made an impression that will last for sure.
