Limped into Burns Lake today in a 2002 Ford Escape. On the recommendation of a local, called Eagle Automotive and spoke with service manager Josh Martin. He gave us directions to the shop and when we arrived, stopped what he was doing, ran a diagnostic on the vehicle, told us the nature of problem, and gave us a few options to address it. Josh was courteous, professional, and very, very helpful. He spent close to 30 minutes with us then refused an offer for payment. It's rare to encounter such exemplary service these days, but so heartwarming when happens. Our thanks to Eagle Automotive, and especially to Josh.
