The local dealer is great but eagle carports is horrible. if the dealer fails you and steels your deposit, they will not do anything to help you. They will give you an install date and it will get pushed out months until they finally install your building and once they do, it will be poor quality.

I got my carport in November I was not told that it would need an extra almost 600 when kit when I ordered it but I paid the man with a bank certified check 1820 101 and I ordered the wind kit and they kept refusing to come out and put it in telling me that I never paid for the carport they cash the carport check December 3rd and today I was accused falsely by three people that I had not paid for the carport three different people including the installer today is December 7th the check was cashed December 3rd this is horrible business
I was impressed
No show, No call on install day. Had to track down and only could get ahold of through my distributor. Customer service was terrible, especially from the manager I spoke to. Avoid at all costs if you can
