I would not recommend this company. We began a kitchen project in October with the original owner who was great however he has left the company. The new owner delivered our cabinets to the stain shop and they notified us that the cabinet doors had been made out of at least three different types of wood. We did not order different wood. The owner took those pieces back and remade them however the wood was still all out of different lots and the stain company said that there was no way to make them match with stain. Jerry at Eagle has done nothing but try to railroad us into accepting cabinets that do not match. He has told us that it was our fault for not ordering an upgrade which we were never offered but based on speaking with the supplier, a consistent lot should never be offered as an upgrade and should always be standard operating procedure. Jerry from Eagle has asked us for an additional 4,000 in order to finish the project and make the face fronts all match. We are already 11,500 out of pocket and have zero confidence in this company. I do not know anyone that would want to give this company more money after all of the mistakes. I also do not know anyone that would want to spend 24,000 on kitchen cabinets that did not match. While we all have opinions about situations, the photos accurately depict the situation. A refund would have allowed us all to move on and although the owner offered this, in the end he has not provided a refund.
