I went into this business establishment a few days ago, because I had some pain in my lower back and in my shoulder. I could only have a 30 minute massage done because of time constraints. The younger Chinese lady, who's also the owner, gave me a pretty good massage, and I gave her a 4 tip, which I thought was a pretty good amount in addition to the 42 that I was charged. When I was walking out, she told me that the next time I came in I really needed to make an appointment for an hour, and that I needed to tip her a lot more -- because she works very hard at her business. Sorry, but looks like I'll never be back there again! Her customers should have every right to determine how long they'll be there and how much they should tip, if they wish to tip at all!

I went in to see if i could get a massage for my daughter. The woman said yes she had an hour available. When she was in the middle of the massage someone showed up for an appointment. Then the massage woman turns to me and says very rudley only 30 minute's because I was just a walk in. She acted like it was my fault that she didn't remember she had someone coming in. The other person said it was fine and decided to reschedule. When we were done the massage lady then was telling me I had to leave her a tip. She was being so rude to me and i told her no. I am not one to stiff people on a tip when they deserve it, but this lady was so rude and to top it off she was so mad she shut the door on my face. Worst service ever and worst customer service.

Came in this morning for a massage, definitely worth every penny. The girl who did my massage was really good at it, my tight back feels a lot better after. Recommend!!!
