Stayed here with grandparents, very lovely stay. Staff was so helpful and kind and the rooms are very clean, especially with covid you can tell they are taking it serious. Breakfast was good, many hotels around don' t even have breakfast at all. Will definitely be booking here again.

Staff was friendly, but that's really the only positive. Facility is very dated and in dire need of upgrades. Pool is "open," but not well-maintained; this indoor pool had a window to the outside frozen open. As another reviewer noted, the hottub/spa has been closed for months. Breakfast wasn't great, either. There was a hodgepodge of different brands of single-use toiletries that seemed cheap. It's inexpensive and works as a place to crash for the night.
Great price, location and staff! I stayed for 4 nights and was so happy here. The hotel and rooms are cozy, clean, and in a great location with a grocery store, gas stations, highway and food within walking distance. The staff was amazing and kind! I will be rebooking directly with them when I come back in six months.
It's a great location with a decent price. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would have given them five stars however, I found it disconcerning that the front desk closes at 10:00 p.m. and the staff leaves at night. The lobby is left unlocked and it just leaves you with a weird feeling.

Was super excited to stay and loved the location and prices. Then approached door for check in and got uncomfortable vibes from what appeared to look like vandalism with broken windows everywhere. The staff seemed friendly but they had an error with their card system I guess and called me about an hour later to tell me my card didn’t go through. I had left already to walk the town so I wasn’t nearby and asked when she’d be gone by so I wouldn’t miss her to give her a card she told me 10 then we hung up. She called about an hour and a half later from her personal phone to ask me for card information. Didn’t really like that.. I was leaving the restaurant heading back as she called so I would’ve appreciated some patience. Seemed like she just wanted to leave early cause the front desk was closed by 9:30 so I knew she had already left before 10. Probably won’t feel comfortable to stay here again.
Made a reservation and showed up before 11pm but no one is here to check us in. Phone keeps ringing and other guests are trying to check in as well... what the heck...not exactly what anyone wants to see when exhausted from a 12 hour drive and it's snowing.
Staff was amazing and extremely flexible. They were so busy, yet they made us feel like their only customer. I don't know how they did it, but we sure did appreciate it.
