I won't go into to much detail But of all the places around they are the most expensive. I figured that would mean they are actually good and take attention to details. I was wrong. I simple check up and question about black stuff in the ear turned into a very pricy ordeal and very painful one for my dog. They claimed it was black ear wax. And after about two months it was still there. I took my dog to another vet and they immediately confirmed that it was not just black earwax. It was an extremely severe ear infection that had most likely been fostering for multiple months. I called the eagle veterinary hospital and explained the situation and they said it was probably something that happened after they saw us and that was that. I have pictures of her ears the day we took her in the first time. I may push them a bit further to make amends Needless to say there are plenty of better options out there. Stay far away from these people.

Just don’t get that they won’t talk to you face to face.... drop your poor sick stressed out pet to a stranger.... can’t stand by their side and talk to vet. Drop em at the door and they call you by phone. Just poor service , then charge you for full office visits

Amazing staff, brought in a rescued kitten with a cut lip and the gave her antibiotics that healed it up so quickly. Absolutely love Dr Williams, to the point but still friendly. Definitely continuing here.
