I found the part I needed online, but figured I would check a local business to see if they had one. They had to order it, but quoted me the same price as online. I figured I would take the tax hit and support local. Part came in two days later then quoted, was 78 instead of 60, and cost 14.80 to ship that no one mentioned. Two stars because the part appears to be right, but won’t know for sure until I put it in since they kept the old one. I’ll buy online next time.

Was in a bind for some ductwork material , Mike the sales person was very helpful. He knew exactly what I wanted and what they had in stock. My order was pulled and ready when I arrived. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient. Had to return later this afternoon and Flyod was very helpful as well.
