Called in to try and schedule a haircut. Before I even finished asking if they had any availability, I was told their wasn’t any openings. Then swiftly hung up on. Wasn’t even asked if I’d like to schedule for a different day. Terrible customer service.

Great cut. They only take appointments I found out when stopping by yesterday but Carolyn was so nice to accommodate. Will be back but with an appointment this time.
