I feel thankful, that’s really the heart of it. When I met with Dr. Stuver-Pacheco I was in immense pain... I had gotten a hysterectomy months before, and while the healing was going OK, I would get waves of gripping, spastic pain in my pelvic floor. This, of course, would bring about significant anxiety... that the surgery didn’t heal right... that there were adhesions...basically that something was still wrong. Dr. Stuver-Pacheco offered Craniosacral therapy as part of my care, and to be honest, I was open to it helping, and I was desperate for **any** help, but didn’t have overly high expectations. That completely changed as soon as she started. I had a little experience with craniosacral- but NOTHING like this. I felt the areas of pain and tension shift, fade, release... I don’t know. I don’t have the vocabulary for this sort of thing, but what I can say is that it effected me deeply. It effected how my body physically felt, it effected my anxiety and how tension was sitting in my body, and it hit something else too... maybe spiritual? Or emotional? I cried a ton- not because it was bad but because I was in awe of the experience, and because the release of so much tension just made me weepy!! For the rest of the day I kept taking these DEEP sigh breaths like a baby... and since then, I have felt very different in my body. I absolutely plan on going back. I feel we opened a door for some major healing, and there is still more work that can be done. I’m just so so thankful. I don’t think I’ve ever left a review like this before, but I feel this was too important not to share. I HIGHLY recommend the care of Dr. Stuver-Pacheco. Sincerely, Rebecca
