I stopped by with a new Youth ATV in mind. I walked in, wasn't acknowledged at all by the sales person behind the counter. I had to get someone's attention to ask questions. Walked out with the plan to bring my child back and buy the Youth 70 that was on the floor. Came back 2 days later with my Daughter to see if she liked the Youth 70. Wasn't greeted at all! It's like they avoid you on purpose. I had to ask the female sales rep questions to find out the ATV was sold weeks ago!!! Why the heck wasn't that mentioned or a sold sign on the ATV. My poor daughter has tears in her eyes while I'm basically having to convince the sales rep to call other Polaris shops for current inventory. Meanwhile my daughter wants to sit on the youth 90 to be told \She has to be 12 to sit on the 300\. 1 - It's not a 300, it's a 90 I told the sales rep and 2 - the tag says 10 years old. So the sales rep doesn't even know her own floor. The funniest part, another customer was in there with his toddler sitting on full sized snow machines but the female rep felt it necessary to my daughter about her age sitting on an ATV... ER Polaris: Do you actually want to sell me a new model or do you want me walking out frustrated with my daughter having tears in her eyes? It's like I have to be my own sales rep since your sales rep apparently can't be bothered to try to find inventory without being asked or me educating the sales rep what's on the floor. I'm going to Anchorage and I'm making sure everyone in my unit knows not to go to ER Polaris. Too bad, I had cash also.

They ordered parts for me but only ordered half of what I asked for. One guy at parts did not seem to know anything about sleds and was not helpful.

Called checked price and availability of a part they said that they had 4 in stock get there 2 hours latter and the best answer they had was I looked up the wrong part we don't have it thanks for wasting my day its only 70 miles one way won't ever be back

The guys at the Eagle River shop have always been very helpful and will take the time to answer all your questions. They always seem to go above and beyond taking care of each customer and do whatever they can to help you out. They also carry a nice selection of accessories.
