Steven and Ken are the most honest people out there. Before I took my vehicle there I spoke with Steven a few times over the phone and he was honest with the me about many things that it could possibly be giving me an idea of what I was looking at for repair cost. Once they diagnosed the problem Ken was upfront with what was wrong and needed to be fixed, he didn’t try to up-sale me on repair work that was not needed like other shops tried to do. Even gave me options on payments/financing. I highly recommend Eagle Transmission.

Great service. They assessed my problem quickly and gave me good options. I liked how they gave me different price points for different solutions so I could choose to match my budget. And even had my car ready in the tome they said it would take. Awesome service!!!
I would recommend the to anybody. I did not have all of the money to get my transmission fix and they worked with me to get it paid and my car runs like new. They did more for me then I expected and that is what I call fantastic CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE.
I highly recommend Eagle Transmission! It’s scary when you’re having transmission issues, you know it’s going to cost a lot of money so you want to know the repair shop you take your car to will do it right and not rip you off. Well this place will do it right and honestly and not charge you your first born! I actually experienced what felt like a transmission issue a few weeks after getting a new transmission from this place so Steven sent a wrecker to pick my car up. Turned out it was some weird wire that had come loose causing it to have several symptoms, some feeling like transmission issues but weren’t! He sent my car to another place to fix the wiring issue and that did the trick! And guess what? He didn’t charge me for all that! Wow! I will recommend this place to everyone!
