This place was awesome! I brought in 2008 cadillac cts with transmission issues. They did it the same day for half the price, than what the dealership quoted me. Very professional, and honest! I would recommend this place to anyone! Thanks guys!

I am working out of town 1500 miles away from home, and my transmission went out in my 2016 dodge ram 2500, after calling around prices were everywhere from 5,500-10,000 and warranty was only 30k miles, until i spoke with scott, who was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through everything even during a disastrous snow storm at that his price was the lower end of the price range and yet his nation wide warranty was 100k!! AND HE GOT IT DONE IN 1 day so i could still work, he even arranged for wrecker to get my vehicle, im here to tell you not only am I happy, im BLESSED, to have called eagle transmission... scott runs an amazing busneiss!! If you Choose to use EAGLE TRANSMISSION YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!! , and if you don't use him for all your needs, then prepare for all the horry storys you hear of while getting your vehicle work on out of town... Scott took very great care of me. I hate having issues with my car and not being able to understand the terminology. He explained everything I needed to know in detail. He made sure to reach out to me daily to assure me and provide an update. I waited a week or so to leave this review just to be safe. I would recommend Scott and this establishment. Believe the reviews. I went to Scott at Eagle Transmission because I thought \100 5 star reviews can't all be wrong\. The moment I called, Scott himself (the owner) answered my call and questions I had. Brought my car in, transmission was fixable but was about the same price as buying/installing a brand new one (with a 2 year warranty) so I just took the new one (I like my car lol). When I picked it up, one of my hub caps was in my car but I didn't notice till I got home (with covid I wanted to be in and out) Was pretty upset, especially seeing I spent so much money! Talked to Scott and asked me to come in so he could take a look. he showed me where the hub cap had been GLUED back together before (probably from discount tire) and had torn off. He and his team didn't want me driving around with a hub cap that was about to fall off. I was embarrassed that I had gotten upset but He wasn't done! He bought me a BRAND NEW hub cap the second I called so it was there waiting for me when I came in to talk to him. He said I don't have to pay him if I feel it's unfair or I can think about it and pay him later but if I did he would only charge me what he paid -and showed me the receipt! I like to reward honesty and great customer service so I paid the man right then and there. I was tired of going to cheap mechanics and getting mediocre (at best) service and I could not be happier with my decision to go to Scott with Eagle Transmission. Car runs great, I have a brand new hub cap that probably would have fallen off in the weeks to come. If you love your car and want to be treated with dignity and respect, go to Scott. Believe the reviews.
