Horrible experience! Dr. Behin poked me in the ear so hard that I started to develop hearing loss! This so called Dr. told me that my ear was fine and rushed me out of his office after 1 minute! So I went to regular Dr. not even an ear specialist one week later and she saw right away that I had a severe ear infection and damage causing hearing loss. So not only did he do nothing for me and rushed the exam, but he also poked me so hard with his dirty instrument that it caused me hearing loss and an ear infection! Do not go to this place unless you have a lawyer ready to sue for malpractice.

The fact that this guy is still a practicing physician is beyond me. Waited one hour to be “over and done with” in 3 minutes. Asked me zero questions of my symptoms, and when I tried explaining some of what I was feeling he rushed out of the room. Please don’t waste your time going to this joke. The is my first and only review I have ever made in my life.

Complete trash of a doctor. Went in for an ear cleaning and this savage poked my ear with an instrument impatiently instead of cleaning it gently with water the standard the way. My inner ear was raw af.

The wait can be a bit much, but I feel as if that’s commonplace w all doctors now anyway. I’ve been to both offices, I live right by the WNY office, but prefer to go to JC bc I love the staff there. Dr. Behin is absolutely incredible, he told me from the first visit consultation what my situation was, how he’d handle it and I could not be any happier with the results at all. It has only been 8 days since my septoplasty, my breathing has improved significantly, my snoring has basically stopped (my gf had a really difficult time sleeping next to me) and I’m feeling better and better each day. The staff at Christ Hospital (JC) was beyond professional and courteous as well, they were really all outstanding to deal with, every single one that I encountered.
