Avoid this place at all cost! They totally botched my ear. I only learned this when I went for a second opinion. They made my condition worse by 1) giving me the wrong treatment and 2) by doing a horrible job with a biopsy. Their negligence allowed my ear infection to spread from my ear to my throat. I am on three antibiotics! Avoid the nurses and Oppenheimer. This place is just horrible.

You have a pain in your ear call them for appointment the earliest appointment is after two weeks, ask for hearing aid and it’s available right away , stay away from these clinics

I had a persistent cough and went in to see what was causing it. The doctor put a flashlight scope extension down my nose to check me out - quick and reasonable, something that has been done in the past... but this practice billed my insurance under billing codes not as if they preformed a diagnostic procedure (which would be free after co-pay), but as if they performed an invasive surgery (expensive, and subject to cost sharing). Then they wouldn't discuss this mixup or a fix when I called the office, just threatened me with collections. I switched practices, obviously, and am happy to share this experience with you. I'll repeat, my other past doctors and current doctor have not billed me 300 to check my larynx like this doctor, nor have I had past bad outcomes with billing - this practice is unique and in my view perhaps... well, I've said enough for you to understand my complaint.

Multiple generations of my family have been patients at ENT of Northern VA and have had superior care and service over the years. My most recent visits were with Dr. Oppenheim and I was extremely satisfied with his expertise, professionalism, thoroughness, and bed side manner. A better physician or admin staff would be hard to find!

Great place. Dr. Yu and Dr. O’Reilly were both friendly and explained things very well to me. My daughter was in very good hands with them.
