We were out and super hungry. I decided to Google local restaurants and came across Earl's. My family and I were not disappointed. We ordered an array of menu options and all of it was great. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich and tots. The chicken, lord Jesus the chicken was so flavorful. We also ordered the hot pork rinds which were delicious as well. This place will always be a place I come back to and visit.

I just visited Earls for the first time and I was not impressed. The atmosphere was great, the whole vibe of the place was great, and my drink tasted amazing. However, the bar staff was not great. I was part of a large party group who had drink tickets. I waited at the bar for 25 minutes the first time for an drink and then another 20 or so for my second. The bar staff ignored the whole party, almost as if they weren’t interested in making our drinks because they had already been paid for them. They never once smiled or made small talk with us, but had no problem being social with the other guests. I had heard such great things about Earls but after my experience, I do not think I will be coming back. Service makes it breaks a place and the service here definitely broke it for me.
Nice Bar/Restaurant situated in the Heart of Downtown Winston-Salem. It is smack dab in the middle of 3 other local bars/breweries so there is usually plenty to do and see on a Friday and Saturday night. Make sure to bring a full Wallet or a maybe a couple of your favorite High Limit C.C.'s though as \Earl's\ is very expensive. The food isn't terrible; but for the cost of it, I'd like to think it would be Chef Inspired Dishes, but it's more Southern Charm food (Collard Greens, Mac & Cheese). They have a great selection of Top Shelf Liquor but like I said 10 a shot for some of it so make sure you ask the price before they pour the drink.
I’m a big fan of supporting local, but not this local business. Besides the atmosphere, there wasn’t much else going on. The bartenders service was dismal - poor attitude & short. The food was horrible. The biscuit was harder than the plate, the poached eggs were cooked hard, and nothing about this dish stood out. The only things that tasted right, were the water and the Texas Pete. The sad part is, there was no attempt to make the situation right. This business would rather charge you for their faults and short comings than to take care of the customer. That in itself, is why you shouldn’t support this business. There’s plenty of restaurants in the area that will appreciate your business - apparently this one doesn’t.
The restaurant's absolutely beautiful nice views of the city very well decorated. As for the food it was very good a little overpriced for what you get. Service was fine nothing outstanding average. Bathrooms were clean employees looked clean everything was as it should be.
