Robin and Elizabeth are wonderful people. Robin was our physical therapist and she is a great physical therapist and did a fantastic job with my daughter. The problem with their business is that they are stuck in the 90s when it comes to payment and scheduling. They will not accept anything besides cash or check, and that is really difficult when it comes to healthcare, using an FSA, etc, especially when you have weekly appointments. When it comes to scheduling, they use a paper schedule that they physically transfer from week to week which is obviously an easy way to have errors. Because of this, they were a no-show at 2 of our appointments, which is really an unacceptable way to run a business. We have twins so it really killed us to make it all the way there, naps and food taken care of, and have them not show up. So, like I said, fantastic physical therapists, but they really need to work on the business side of their operation.
