My husband and I was traveling back to Birmingham, Alabama from Kansas and stop in. We bought 4 pairs of shoes. A year ago we was traveling to Kansas and we stop and purchased shoes. I look forward to stopping when I am traveling thru and we are always treated with great hospitality! The quality of shoes will keep me coming back.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Visited Diba shoe outlet for the first time on Nov. 21st and tried on a pair of boots. A lady was helping me who I thought was an employee and explained the current promotion of 45 off one pair of full price boots. When I checked out, the discount was not applied and I was told the sale did not begin until Nov. 24th. Turns out, the woman assisting me was not an employee, but a “friend” helping out. I also inquired about the return policy and was informed it was 14 days, but was not told I would only receive store credit. Sent my fiancé to Diba on 11/24 to purchase my boots who also was not informed of the exchange only policy. Today, tried to return my boots because they cause pain when I walk and the employees would not honor what I was told. She pointed out the return policy on the receipt, like that does any good. The purchase is already complete by the time you get a receipt!! I’m now stuck with a 150 pair of boots I cannot wear!!!!! Will never shop here again.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP. I HAVE SHOPPED HERE FOR MY STORE. SOMETIMES I JUST ENJOY GOING THROUGH LOOKING AT THE DIFFERENT STYLES. CANT GET THEM ANYWHERE ELSE.. BROUGHT MY FAMILY OUT TO SEE WHATS GOING ON IN THE SHOE WORLD.
