EarthBaby is the best decision any parents can make. Not only does it save you from having a scramble when you are unexpectedly out of diapers, EarthBaby provides excellent value, unbeatable customer service, and a great selection of products. A lot of people are unsure if compostable diapers will stand up to normal diapers and they absolutely do. They handled nearly every blowout (no diaper would have held these blowouts) and did a great job containing smells. The diapers also caused no skin irritations. Even with the monthly service fee (which is 100% worth every penny), the cost per diaper is on par with diapers that you can buy at big box retailers. Couple that with really awesome customer service that meets your needs and schedule, it's a no brainer. It's a great product that reduces a ton of environmental waste. Thank you EarthBaby!

We've been using this service for a month or so and we love it! The diapers are a high quality that fit/absorb really well. The drop off and pick up service has been seamless, and the online ordering system is easy to navigate. Most importantly, we feel great knowing that our diapers are truly composted (since even compostable diapers take a very long time to degrade under normal landfill circumstances) I'd recommend this to anyone!
We were exhausted by cloth diapers when we found this place. It's been great to have diapers delivered and soiled ones taken away to somewhere other than the dump. Fair prices and the diapers work really well. The size exchange is also helpful and lets you relax about transitions. You can even request a sample of a size to see if it's time to move up.
I love this company. Their customer service is extremely responsive. They let you exchange unopened packages of diapers for another size, which has been great for my wallet with a quickly growing baby. I leave the dirty diapers outside and clean ones magically appear, and I don't feel as horrible about how many diapers we use since I know they are being composted. We will be using Earth Baby as long as we have to deal with diapers!
We normally cloth diaper but with the drought we wanted to bring our water usage down. Enter EarthBaby - our go to for 'one use' diapers. The interface is very easy to order diapers wipes and schedule deliveries. They have extremely friendly customer service (in the rare times I've had to contact them). We love EarthBaby!
I am really loving the Earth Baby concept, diapers, and service. I wish I had been able to do this with my first baby. Definitely recommend.
We love the EarthBaby service and the Naty diapers/wipes. They have made it super convenient for us. We're on the third floor of an apartment building and they bring a key every week and come all the way upstairs to pick up the diapers. Super convenient. We also leave out all the plastic diaper/wipe packaging for proper recycling by EarthBaby. They make it so easy to be green.
