We were only up in the area for a couple of nights and needed a fast response to get a brake repair done. Chris was not only willing to fit us in and extend his day to finish the work, he drove the car back to where we were staying. Excellent and friendly service.

Good old fashioned service by a mechanic who actually knows what he's doing. Fixed my squealing brakes that the useless main dealer claimed where a 'characteristic' of the car. Highly recommended.
DO NOT recommend this garage! We bought a car from him and within a month it broke! We went back and asked him to fix it and he said it wasn't his problem he was extremely rude! Not very helpful. I then took the broken car to another garage and they said that they've had loads of people come to him with cars from Rose Bower with them breaking within months of buying them and the owner or Rose Bower saying it's not his problem! If I would've known this before we bought a car from him we never would have entertained the idea! We wasted an awful lot of money and we broke down on a very busy bit of the a19 dual carriageway where the police had to close the road just to get us off!
Highly recommended garage, also female friendly which is a bonus. 5*
