I enjoyed my experience with arrons,I did same as 90 days,& I've gotten other things from them.The only thing I didn't like is I bought a bed frame and the could tell me where it came from,how to look up my product because,it was electrical and I was trying to order a piece it needed.They said,we just get the furniture we can't tell you anything,cause we don't know,that's not cool, if you selling it, you should know a little about what you selling!! They old workers moved to different store,I sure do miss them,they cared or at least act like they did.That makes a person wanna come back!!!

Didnt even want to give them a 1 star but had to just to get to this page. Would never ever do business with this aarons in east alton ever again. No longer have an account with them but they still took out a payment. My bank has over draft protection and paid it but i was charged the fee for letting it go thru. I have called for the past 2 or 3 weeks and same story....manager out indefinitely for now....no one can make any decisions during her absence. Called corporate and all they did was daid they would make a report and give it to ths regional for this area but would be a week or so before they could contact.me. So i just told her to make sure they put in report i was going to call my local news stations...4 or 2 and ask them to investigate and see if they could get my money back. With in two minutes the regional named julis called me. Funny isnt it. But again have to wait till when ever manager comes back but nothing but excues. So i am planning on contacting the news station investigative reporter to make this go public and sed if they can help me get my money back.

Made an order online for a stove I desperately need and got the Black Friday special. I know they short staff so I was willing to wait. I have used Aaron’s for several years and have never had issues. But at this store they declined my order. The manager was supposed to call me yesterday and never did and today won’t be in till Monday. The lady yesterday and on the phone today was very rude. I understand the associates may work off commissions but I was going to get a stove but I will not be using this particular store. And it is going to cost me so much more to get it somewhere else. What a sham. I do not suggest using this store for your needs. They don’t care about you only what money you can bring in.

I have renting from them for year's and will not be any longer the Manager is rude. She needs to worry about her job.
