There are missing screws from 2nd story windows and they are protruding from the wall. Basement windows are not properly secured and bend easily. Sliding glass door was installed crooked and water is leaking from under the track and from the weep holes inside of the house. Caulk has detached and or is missing from multiple windows. Installer became irate over wearing a mask and tried to blame everything but their work for damage and improper installation after they had aknoweldged the issues and admitted to causing some of said issues themself. WARNING: If you have already hired and paid these guys, keep your paperwork, document their work and interactions, make sure that they give you a proper itemized list of what you paid for. Avoid this company at all costs, I have uploaded a video of these issues on my youtube channel.

u003e\u003e\u003e Horrible Customer Service Once Work is Done, Cut Corners and Missing Necessary Materials Lead to 500 Roof Leak Repair \u003c\u003c\u003c The roof replacement job was of average to above average cost in 2016. The job seemed okay. However four years later we are getting leaks in one of the same spots we had been, every time it rains, including damage to some panel wood on a wall. The worst of it is very poor communication and customer service after the job is done. I called almost three weeks ago to discuss and was told I'd get a call back the next day. Nothing for over two weeks. I called again three days ago and left a voicemail. No return call. I called today in the middle of the day and straight to voicemail again. Will update if anything changes but for now I'd suggest you avoid this company. UPDATE: they cut corners and failed to install necessary material that would have prevented the leak. Didn't fully replace the roof like they were supposed to. Costing me 500. After months of trying to talk to them (not even requesting anything free), including their VP, they still never communicated with me. AVOID but especially for roofing
Avoid this company at all costs, If you use these guys document everything, ask for a detailed receipt and monitor their work, after they admitted to messing up the installation of my windows and door, they tried to blame everything but their work and now I have 2nd story windows missing screws and water leaking under door. Shady company - Eagle Home Improvement - Bethalto Illinois Shortly after getting the word out, others came to me about their experiences and how Eagle told them that it wasnt their fault: About how they messed up a new shower and then used acetone that ate away part of the shower stall. Bowed windows. Crooked doors. Bowed siding. Damaged gutters. I beg for anyone with these experiences to speak up and report them to the better business bureau.
I had major construction on the outside of my house last year. They did a complete front porch rebuild, siding, soffit and fascia and gutters. They did the whole job in 6 days. The house looks fantastic. The employees were extremely professional and courteous. I can't say enough how completely satisfied I am with this company.
