Had them install a picture window. The quality was fantastic, but the customer service is lacking. They always answer the phone, never have the answer. Always get the \I'll check and call you back.\ Wait a week, call them back, get the same response.

I had windows installed by Renown and they exceeded my expectations. I was very skeptical about hiring contractors because of previous bad experiences. But, I'm highly impressed by the quality of work.

Apologies to David. This issue was taken care of about four months ago. After several back and forth phone calls David came out and made the proper adjustments to the shower faucet. Will happy to use him on future projects. David and his crew did 3 major projects for me. They replaced a large and dirty picture window with a 5 panel bow window, removed an old tub and installed a nice onyx walk-in shower, and did a new roof on the house and a major roof repair on the garage. I'm mostly happy with the work but the shower faucet is one you can set the temperature to be the same all the time but needs some adjustment. I explained to Dave one day I might have nice hot/warm shower and the next being almost cold before making adjustments. I cannot get the faucet to maintain a consistent temperature. Very seldom do I get the same temperature two days in a row without making adjustments. Dave set a time to come out and make some adjustments but was a no call no show. Two more calls have gone unanswered so it looks like I need to hire someone else to fix. Also there are cinder blocks and large pieces of wood on the garage roof that l understand are need because of the cold and the weight is needed until the roofing is settled. With Dave not returning my calls I fear I'll be climbing on the roof come spring and doing that clean up myself. Not too happy about that either.
