Got great advice in making a selection of business type (we decided on LLC) to assume and Mr. Sivia put together a simpled but complete buy-sell agreement between my partner and myself. He then made recommendations on how to fund the buy-sell through insurance programs. Very knowledgable, professional, and reasonable fees.

Bought a FSBO rental property in Edwardsville a couple of months ago. My first one. Instead of using a real estate agent I asked around and was referred to Todd Sivia to handle the paperwork. Sivia completed all the paperwork, saved me about half in fees (from realtor commissions that I was able to negotiate), saved me about half on the title fees and referred me to his banker. I did not need a flashy St. Louis lawyer for this deal. Sivia is the perfect small business attorney. I will use his firm again.
