It says they’re 24 hours but you can only access the unit when they are open. Employees refuse to answer the phone when you call and you just get re routed to the auto customer service line.

I needed a trailer and I needed it fast! Which trailer? I had no idea! What I was going to need with it? Not a clue! No worries because the guys at this location know what you need. They gave me the equipment and confidence I needed to make a successful trip. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thanks for the help U Haul!

They installed a trailer hitch and wiring and the next day my right brake light was stuck on, so I pulled the fuse on the circuit. When I went to try to use it again and replaced the fuse, it shorted and blew the fuse for my brake lights and blinkers. I got it in to Uhaul to fix but since it had been over 3 months and I couldn't find my paper work, they had to order the part and it would take 5 days. No problem, my bad. I told them I needed it fixed and if I have to pay for it, so be it (even though they screwed up the install... I needed to have it fixed). Fast forward to a week and half and they haven't touched it. Called and there was no one there who I could talk to, just a ew guy\... wouldn't let me speak to a manager. Wouldn't give me a number to call. Despite these guys being likable, I find them to be incompetent and the way they run the business is very unprofessional.

I called this office less than 5 months ago and spoke to the mechanic directly. He quoted me a price for a tow package of 225.00. When I called to make the appointment, they had me in their system. I told them what the mechanic quoted me then they quoted me 500, then after they went down to 370.00. Mind you, this is more than 100 OVER what the mechanic told me just a few months ago it was going to cost for all of it. I will NEVER use this place.
