Have always had excellent experiences with this place. Where did they go? Came by today to shop, & the place is cleared out. Empty! Hoping they’re not gone forever! Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

Great prices, lots to choose from. Had our living room and our bedroom done. The installers where done and gone in an hour. Did a great job. Would highly recommend. :)
The installation of the flooring I purchased was done very poorly. The thresholds were not lifted, just cut off at the edge. The seam in the hallway is horrible. The carpet can be lifted from the corners with two fingers yet they refuse to fix the problem.
