Staff at Master Chong's in East Amherst is AWESOME! The kids love them and look forward to going as much as possible! The adult class is great too, definitely will help you get back in shape and start a good exercise routine and help build your skills! Definitely recommend going here!

Masters are awesome, instruct every child in class session. Best part is instructor calls your child with name and this amaze me that How come they remember all new faces from very first day! I have seen changes in my son in just 1 month. He is in discipline now and increase in self confidence. Last but not least he knows self defence now. Best TKD school in Buffalo region...

This school has truly transformed my child and she has only been there for about 2 weeks! I am continually impressed with the dedication of these instructors! My daughter respond very well to the way the classes run and it's very exciting to see. My daughter has special needs and this has helped her tremendously. The teachers are very professional and take time individually with each child as well as the classes whole. I am so happy that we signed up our daughter to do this. It is beneficial to my daughter as well as for us as parents. They teach her respect, discipline, and focus and she's only 4! I truly recommend signing your child up today they're very flexible schedules and the price cannot be beat! It is worth every penny and extremely affordable and a lifetime skills that she is gaining from this are priceless
