On the positive side, Lynn Stephan is polished and experienced. She helped immensely with 3d elevation for hard-to-navigate room design in an old East Aurora second floor with slanted walls and 7 foot ceilings. However, her timeline and focus priority are for her well-known commercial clients. In our few conversations and emails, they were mentioned often. I was pressed for time, and decided to move forward without further help. That is not to say Lynn wouldn't have had great suggestions, simply that I couldn't wait longer. If I had a large residential job, I'm sure it would have been different.
