I absolutely love the doctors/pnps at this location. They are all very friendly, caring, compassionate and up to date with the latest medical information. The nurses & staff are just as friendly, caring and helpful as well. I couldn’t ask for a better medical clinic!

I am very disappointed with Rice Medical Clinic in East Bernard I have moved across country looking for a new Doctor that was close so I was giving them a try. I had a physical talked with Dr about what I wanted and expected from my Dr & staff and she told me what she expected from myself as a patient. Nothing has happened what we agreed on. I have called the office twice wanting a call back and have heard nothing I was referred to a specialist and have waited three months to get in staff is another whole can of worms . Takes forever to have a call go through to make an appointment my messages never get through to my Doctor or if they do they are ignored . Staff complains about being short staffed. Horrible experience so far ! .
