Time-waster. Spoke to the guy the night before but he didn't show up for the job. No phone call to explain/apologise/reschedule. If you like waiting around for people who don't value your time and can't be bothered with basic customer service then this is your guy. I found him via CheckATrade website which is clearly a cowboy's directory - from five initial estimates booked only two turned up to measure for the job - avoid CheckATrade, stick to Yellow Pages or Facebook or asking friends/family for recommendations. The cowboys on CheckATrade are just paying for a decent rating. I tried to write a negative review of this guy for not turning up two weeks ago but CheckATrade won't publish it. Avoid, avoid, avoid!
