Great and relaxing lounge at Boston Logan. Tucked away in a corner of the airport where terminal E and C meet, the lounge is a bit of a mystery to get to. Word of advice, Terminal E and C are connected without needing to exit security, so it's more accessible than I'd thought.

My favorite lounge in Boston Logan. Great selection of wine, champagne, and cheese.

Finding the lounge is a bit of a trek. Wind down and around the end of E concourse to reach a dimly lit hallway. It doesn’t look like the location of an airline lounge, but down that fluorescent corridor is a delightful little oasis. The Air France lounge has a handsomely appointed bar with Bombay gin, served up by a sweet little woman that only speaks French and Spanish. She was a delight. The spread of snacks is very continental, lots of light food. At the time of writing I’m nibbling on smoked salmon, and watching CNN on TV. I am happy. Thank you AF!

The age of aviation and all its glamour may not have passed us by but it certainly has passed by this incredibly modest club lounge. The appearance and decor doesn’t just make you have nostalgia for the dignified travel customs of the 50s or 60s because indeed it would be okay if it were just a Northwest Airlines club of the late 90s again. It’s not the staff’s fault (in fact they’re very friendly) but you may find yourself internally debating the urge to forgo free alcohol for the wide open spaces of the main concourse.
