I love shopping at this Payless store!!! They always have what I'm looking for and at great price They are running a 40% discount on the whole store. Had to get some shoes at great price!!! Thank God for Payless

This store looked like it was going out of business. There was no overstock at all so the store looked very low. The funk when you walk in hits you almost as much as the heat. I can understand that people drag in moisture from the streets but the heat is way too much. They don't exactly have the best selection either.
They had good shoes that's why I like that place Payless is the best
good deals on descent shoes. Costumer service is an absolute nightmare and so was the parking.Very rude employees. The only reason why i gave them 2 stars was because the sneakers were a good value.
So I purchase some boots that were on sale Friday 12/2/16 and the cashier that day was very nice and friendly. Got the boots home tried them on and they were very tight so I took them back Saturday at about 10:30 and as I looked for another size or some different ones, the cashier came over and asked in spanish if the two females needed any help and then looked at me and walked away. I could not find my size in any of the boots so I proceeded to the cashier to just get my money back. I explained I could not find my size in anything so I just wanted my money back. He started yelling telling me he could not give me my money back without the box, I explained to him they kept the box because it was torn up and I also explained I had my receipt which I gave him he still yelled I don't care I can't help you! Only when I said either you give me my money or I will call the police, did he say ok ok.. It was not the same person that was there Friday. And if If this person continues to work in the store I will not be going back, I'am 65 years old and I did nothing to warrant this attitude.. Thank You and I hope you talk to him about this.
