I’m so happy that I came in today there were a few groups of people inside the shop when I arrived, but we were greeted as soon as we walked in. Everyone that works there is polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not rush me and took the time to answer all my questions since this was my first time buying a gun. Went to other places and felt talked down too and they couldn’t be bothered, but not here! They even referred me to someone that will take me to a range and help me feel 100% comfortable with my new purchase and gave a reference for someone that handles FFL transfers for another gun I’m interested in. I’m so happy with my purchase and that I found these guys! Thank you for all your help and patience!

They have a sign out front stating that they buy guns. Even with extremely limited inventory in their cases, they weren't interested in what I was hoping to sell them. No worries... three days later I found a private buyer and called them to inquire about their transfer fees. They don't do transfers... at all. You also can't buy ammo unless you're buying a gun but they have almost no guns to buy so how they're doing business at all is a mystery to me. Maybe they're selling a whole bunch of the rusty buy-back .22 rifles that they have in a 55gal drum in the middle of the showroom. They're rude over the phone and their sales associates are cliquey. Stick to Steve's Tactical, Fat Cat Sports, or Gartman Arms.

Went there today, walked in, greeted the gentleman behind the counter. No response, nobody in the store. I made my way to the ammunition and he finnally speaks “ that sign is pretty important above you. “ I step back and see the small 8x11” paper saying “watch your step” “ if needing ammunition contact the person behind the desk” I said im sorry as I was paying attention to change in floor levels not the tiny sign. I asked for certain ammunition- he replied “ I got nothin for ya “ without making an effort to pick his head up from his crossword puzzle. As he continued to do paperwork and ignore me, he decided for me that he didnt need my business. I gave him a holiday greeting and exited. Go here if you want to be talked to like a child, surely his attitude reflects his business model.

I been stopping in this shop every couple of months since it opened. Ed, the owner is friendly, has extensive knowledge, and a welcoming personality. They are busy on many occasions but any employee took a minute to take care of me. Its a great shop.

Literally the worst customer service. My Fiance ,myself, and father came in and had ZERO acknowledgement of being there. It was like we didn't exist. Took close to 10 min for someone to even talk with us. My Fiance was looking for a pocket pistol, something light for small hands and it was a .38. The gentleman finally ended up showing her it, knowing it would be her first gun. A snub nose .38 great choice for a first timer, with little experience. We talked her out of it, while the gentleman was showing screenshots of all the people who wanted it to get her to buy it. Business is business but if you want to run a business on trying to rob a woman of her money being a new gun owner go here. Didn't help the guy was talking to one of the regulars and didn't give us the time or day when he saw she wasn't posistive on a quick sale. Very cliquey if you want a good place go elsewhere.
