This was the first time I used EB Imaging Center and it was a great experience. Both the front office staff (Alexa) and the X-ray tech were AWESOME. Alexa was very helpful and pleasant and gave me directions on what I needed to fill out as far as paperwork and what she needed from me. I even called back the next day and Alexa again helped with a question I had about a test for my daughter.. The X-ray tech was very accommodating. They gave me a CD on the way out which seemed like standard practice for them. They ask if I wanted my results e-mailed to me and I gave them my e-mail address and the following afternoon I received them. The staff at EB Imaging made my visit a very pleasant one. I will definitely use them again. THANK YOU EB IMAGING!!!

Their mri machine isnt the newest. I didnt like they dont have headphones and that i wasnt immediately taken out from under the magnet after it stopped. Ive had at least 5 mri's in my life and this was my worst experience. The staff was fine and gave me my cd when i was leaving and made sure i had on time pick-ups both ways so that was a plus!

Have a very good experience during Covid19. I was the only patient. they too me in right away and sanitize as they went and I could smell it when I entered. I felt safe. The receptionist was very nice and pleasant. It was late I had to come after work. The Tech was very accommodating since i had back issues. He kept me informed how long it time was. I didn't even realize they we're located there but not I will use more often if needed. They made the CD right there and I took them with me. Very impressed and satisfied. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

Great experience. “Ari” the MRI tech was very easy going and helped me get comfortable since I was in pain. The nurse/ receptionist was also very nice. Clean facility. I would recommend to anyone looking for open MRI for they make it easy and simple. Thank you- Ahmed Baddour
