Wonderful piece of history, past & present. Marilyn, the owner, is a wealth of information. Staff are warm & informative as well. Farm is large, buildings are many and all is kept in beautiful shape. Farm animals are amusing to watch, interactions are short & sweet. We stayed in the Creamery building. Stayed in only room with no shower, just a tub. Another adventure & memorable experience. Breakfasts were delicious!! Blueberry/lemon pancakes were amazing! Lovely venue for a wedding!!

Was able to book a room in July for October but the Inn called in late August and essentially kicked us out of our reservation because they had booked a wedding after the fact. No apology or alternative supplied except to change our entire trip around their new schedule. Not good business. Make sure you have a backup plan if you plan to stay here.

What a wonderful way to ring in the New Year. The Inn at Mountain View Farm family treated our family and friends to the most amazing experience. The accommodations at the Inn are unique offering a view into the past while providing all the modern comforts of home. The Chef and staff treated us to culinary delights prepared in the awesome commercial kitchen and served in the dining room overlooking the grounds. The grounds are simply beautiful with functional barns for sanctuary animal care, a post & beam constructed events barn where we rang in the New Year, and over 400 acres of snow-covered rolling hills which are part of the Kingdom Trails. (FYI, checkout the Handlebar Biergarten on property during the mountain biking season, it's outstanding).

A beautiful site for our wedding, and a staff that went over the top to help. A true gem of a spot in VT for a great weekend where your first instinct is to pause and take a deep breath!

Steve and Carolyn , and the staff, were wonderful. Great accommodations and super breakfast. Stored bikes in the basement, and aired a tent down there too. Steve built us fires (we lit them) and had smores at night in the outside fire pit. Steve also gave us a walking tour of the property.
