I had a septic inspection with Justin. We bought our house two years ago and I wanted to make sure our system was in good shape and get a better idea of how it worked, where the field was located, etc. Justin spent more than two hours going through the inspection with me - explaining the whole system, answering my questions. He really knows his stuff and is extremely helpful and honest. Can't recommend this company enough! UPDATE: So, it just so happened that shortly after my inspection the main sewer line from the house to the septic tank collapsed. I had no idea what was going on - ejector pump in the basement sounded like a freight train. I called Justin and he was there within hours. He was thorough and determined - even though it took a while to diagnose the problem. Gave me a fair quote and managed to fit me into the schedule a day or two later. No indoor plumbing sucks. Spending a lot of money to fix a sewer pipe sucks. Feeling confident in the person fixing it and that you were given a fair price makes a huge difference. Absolutely recommend them.
There is no place with more integrity than this company. Lots of shady plumbers and contractors out there, but MSD has the experience and they value quality over cost cutting. Highly recommend. Lots of people out here wanting a free ride. They may not be the cheapest, but their work backs up the price.
Justin is a very friendly and approachable guy who has the best interest in his customers. He considers code to be the minimum accepted quality of work. He strives on going above and beyond code in every job and is quick to get to the job. Can't recommend him enough. Glad to support local business.
