White castle been at that dam near 30yrs I knew a lot of people who came and left... It's more of a home for the east chicago resident than I local food order.

Very unsatisfied with my order. My onion rings were so broken up and falling apart just as well as the cheese sticks look at the photos. Very unprofessional and very disappointed.

This location is nasty. The woman i had ring me up had horrible customer service & was rude. If you don't want to be at work...solution STAY HOME! I was visiting from Texas. I missed White Castle...I grew up dining at the one on 79th & Cottage Grove in Chicago. I was highly dissapointed. I always order a crave case with cheese. It was a horrible experience. I had to drive to Gary, Indiana to have a decent experience. Even the food was prepared correctly & tasted right.
My shrimp nibblers were excellent and the window lady was nice

This White Castle is cool they have the customer service always great burgers and fries and anything you want pretty decent I like it.
3 stars for the bacon, eggs,jalapeño cheese on toast sandwich for 1.99
