I am so disappointed in this company. They installed a quartz countertop for me and there is a huge gap that collects dirt right by the sink. The countertop is small and there was no need to lay it in 2 sections. This gap cannot be cleaned. Gary has been contacted several times with chances to fix this issue and nothing has been done. This is completely unprofessional. He did not have to wait for payment so I don’t understand why I am getting the runaround for work that should have been repaired by now. The countertop is only 2-3 months old. Gary, you should be ashamed of yourself for the work done in my home.

Great customer service, quick to come out for measurements, responsive to questions, in our particular case handled prep work (backsplash removal and new sheet rock), and fast turnaround on fabrication and installation. All handled very professionally and install was very clean!

Just had a fantastic experience with East Coast. Measurements done on Thursday, template done on Monday and install on Friday. Very quick and I love the finished product! Price was very competitive as well.
