On Monday, October 24, 2020, East Coast Mechanical, Inc. Heating and Cooling of Cheshire CT sent one of their fine mechanics, Tyler, to our home to do a yearly furnace inspection and cleaning. My husband and I have always been very impressed with the time and quality of work this company puts into their service. Today was no exception. Specifically, Tyler addressed our requests, followed up after the job with what he specifically did and gave ample proof that our heating system is running very well and safely. He is very articulate and even his handwritten itemization of tasks on the receipt is impeccable! I cannot express enough how much it means to us to know that our home heating system is safe and ready for the winter. I appreciate the wonderful professionalism from Tyler as well as the folks in the main office, who I can attest, genuinely care about the company team and their customers.

I had EAST COAST install a new furnace, humidifier, electronic air filter and wifi thermostat. They were the least expensive out of 4 companies that quoted. The employees were on time, polite, quiet as mice , fast and clean. The new system runs great and I can check it's status and make changes from anywhere on my smartphone. Not enough home town businesses left like this one.

Great sales and tech teams. Quote was fair and no haggle, no nonsense. Sales rep made himself available throughout and after the installation. Techs went way above and beyond at the installation and were always available for timely cleanings and routine service, even during their busiest times. Strongly recommend using these guys.

East Coast Mechanical did a really great job. They worked with us to figure out the best system for our 200 year old house. They installed an energy efficient ductless system to replace our inefficient and ineffective electric baseboards. The cost was less than other quotes received and they worked with us to obtain low interest financing for the system through Eversource. The crew that came to install was fast, professional, pleasant and helpful when it came time to learn how to use the new system. Everything about our experience was 5 stars. Use this company!

If you are looking for a ductless heating and air con unit, look no further. This company gave us a reasonable quote, were very professional ALWAYS returning every call/querry in a very timely manner. They walked us through the rebate process ( which was a pain) and we got a 1,420.00 rebate! Putting in this ductless air-con/ heating unit is the best money we have spent in a long time. If you are " on the fence", just do and you won't find a better company than East Coast Mechanical ! Thank you Dave Crispino !

This morning I woke up to a flood in my basement caused by my hot water heater. I called East Coast Mechanical and they had a technician to my house within the hour who was able to stop more water from draining from the heater and cleaned up my flood. I spoke to Dave, the sales rep about ordering a new heater and had it installed and job finished all by 3 pm. Can't say enough good things about them and their prompt service and professionalism. Highly recommend East Coast Mechanical!
